The Arctic Research Consortium of the U.S. (ARCUS) announces a call for nominations for the Board of Directors election. There are three seats up for election in a vote of the ARCUS Membership Council that will take place in December. Terms will be 3 years and begin in January 2024.

Ilisimatusarfik- University of Greenland and Greenland Research Council are now working on developing ethical guidelines for research in Greenland. The guidelines will help promote locally anchored and culturally relevant research that contributes to sustainable societal development.

The EU-H2020 funded INTERACT (International Network for Terrestrial Research and Monitoring in the Arctic) opens a call for research groups to apply for Transnational Access and Remote Access to 39 (TA) and 26 (RA) research stations.

The Call for Abstracts submission portal for the Arctic Congress Bodø 2024 is now open at www.arcticcongress.com/call-for-abstracts. The abstract submission deadline is 5th January 2024 at 1700 CET.
