The online training will be held in Zoom from 9:45 to 15:00 (UTC + 2). The NDI organizes the training together with Kaskas Media. The purpose of the training is to enhance researchers’ skills to interact and conduct outreach activities with the decision-makers and other audiences. The primary target group of the training are young post-doc researchers in the Northern Dimension area.
The Policy Brief Training provides practical tools for effective science communication. Participants get to practice planning and writing an effective policy brief based on their research. The training day includes, among other things:
- Orientation to effective science communications
- Analysing and recognizing a good policy brief
- Turning research into an engaging and informative policy brief
