The Thematic Networks Strategic Area serves as the core for content development in UArctic and engages institutions in issue-based cooperation. A thematic network can implement some or all of undergraduate and graduate education, utilize mobility as a means of cooperation, engage in knowledge development, and organize dialogue with society to identify and address issues of common concern.
