Arctic Views offers a wide scope of information from different perspectives about the arctic region. The articles are written by students and the main target group for the articles are exchange students and international co-ordinators in different schools. And of course everyone who is interested in the arctic region and the people living there.

The first ezine was done as a collaboration between Oulu University of Applied Sciences,  Bodø University College, Murmansk Humanities Institute and Sakha State University of Russia.
