Who is the Rectors’ Forum for?
The Rectors’ Forum and the joint Seminar with the Arctic Parliamentarians are for the leaders of UArctic’s Higher Education Institution members. Institution leaders (Chancellors, Presidents, Vice-Presidents, Provosts) who participate in the meeting may bring one additional expert or advisor in their delegation. The Rectors’ Forum is not open for experts / advisors from UArctic members who do not have a rector, provost, president, vice president or similar present as the delegation leader.

Please note also that we cannot secure accomodation after December 15th as the end of February is high season for tourism in Rovaniemi.
Transportation
Please indicate your flight times in on-line registration form. SCPAR and Rectors' Forum organizers will organize bus transportation from the airport to the hotel for the most popular connections.
There will be also bus transportation on the mornings of 28 th and 29th to the meeting places.
