The fourth UArctic Rectors' Forum highlighted role of postsecondary education in community capacity building and adaptation
Held August 13-15 at the University of Alaska Fairbanks, the Rectors' Forum focused on climate, energy security, and the health and well‐being of Northern communities. The event provided unique opportunities for discussion among the leadership of northern higher education institutions, and resulted the official Statement of the meeting.
